Shipping Terms on Candle orders from The Cove:

Please Note: The "free" shipping is only for local customers who are picking up their order.

All of products are always "Made-To-Order" and for this reason we Do Not Sell to Wholesalers. This is why we can offer such low prices.

As in My  "About Me Page" you will note that I operate and own this business because My family and I love these prodcuts. I am a full-time working mother of two. So Monday-Friday I run a hotel from 6am-2pm.  Order times range from 3-5 days, depending on your order size. Normally large orders are freshly made from Friday to Sunday. However during the busy Holiday times, I will make orders sometimes during the week. Between processing and set times of your order this is why i estimate between 5-7 days before mailing. Your order statuse will be emailed to you each step of the way. 

So Please Note: That any order placed will be FRESHLY made on Friday, Saturday, and Sundays if it is a large candle order, if it is a small order it will be made in the evening time, as with all candles we need a full day for the candles to set before shipping out.  This is why I offer Priority mail, so you can get your products quickly.

Set time  for your order is 24 hours after your products are made, This assures your products are "SET" before shipping. Once your order is completed and mailed, you will recieve an email as to the mail date and status.  Remember: All Orders are freshly made.  We do not premake products.

You have a choice of mailing options at checkout:

1.) WHEN YOUR CART SAYS, (SHIPPING): THIS IS STANDARD MAIL.

2.) WHEN YOUR CART SAYS,(PRIORITY MAIL) THIS IS FLAT RATE MEDIUM  BOX 2-3 DAYS.

NOTE: VERY IMPORTANT REGARGING THE FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

THE SIZE OF THIS BOX IS AS FOLLOWS:

PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE FLAT RATE SHIPPING ON LARGE ORDERS.  THE SIZES OF THE BOXES ARE CLEARLY POSTED ABOVE. IF YOU HAVE A LARGE ORDER, EXAMPLE: 5 LARGE CANDLES AND UP, THEY WILL NOT FIT INTO A FLAT RATE BOX. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME FIRST, IF YOU CHOOSE THIS SHIPPING OPTION AND YOUR ORDER IS LARGE, I WILL HAVE TO SUBMIT AN ADDITIONAL BILL FOR THE SHIPPING.

PLEASE NOTE: I do no calculate the shipping charges, my cart is linked to the USPS, and these are their rates.

 Also Note: I Do NOT charge for handeling fees, addtional fees, or paypal fees as others might do. I feel my shipping charges are the lowest I can offer without paying from my pocket, sometimes this does occur.  When the postal services raises their rates, it is unfortunate that i have to do so also.

Example: Orders were placed for for tarts, and I run out of certain ones, I will subsitute the packaging for another of equal or greater value. Meaning: the pacakaging might not be the same you have ordered.
